SALTO DEL TEQUENDAMITA EL RETIRO Antioquia 

              
It is considered a tourist center Natural Heritage of Antioquia, is located in the village of Don Diego - Via La Ceja , at a distance from the main town 8 kilometers .  it is a waterfall of 20 meters, concerning the nature and beauty of Guarceño field , a place in the hands of private that is offered as a restaurant , bar , playground , pool table , a mini golf green area , 18 houses , a fruit shop and selling handicrafts. It is a space to contemplate the sound of the waterfall , landscape and enjoy the rest in green, although they have some restrictions, such as:

•   the entry of food or liquor tourist inn is not allowed .
• No pets allowed , no smoking indoors ( restaurant).
• By order of CORNARE , the bathroom is not allowed in the waters of the waterfall, if evades this notice will be charged a fine and will be removed from the site

It is a viewpoint that could observe the entire urban area of the municipality of El Retiro , in this place pilgrimages , camping , horseback riding, racing events , has enough space for 200 people make , this is located 45 minutes from the park a respective main walking pace.  It has 3 access roads but the only way to get there is walking down spouts and bridle paths , this is a local tourist resort , many people visit for its panoramic , quiet, air and beautiful landscaping

We are found at the entrance of the urban area of the municipality. The grounds for this chapel was donated by Mrs. Javiera Londoño and built by slaves for the veneration of the la Virgen Nuestra Señora de Los Dolores y San José, as we said above - mind were his patrons in Faith Catholic . Authorized in 1883 , and built in the following years stuck with mortar (sand , lime, and blood of bull ) baked adobe. It was declared a historical monument of the municipality for its history , architecture and the great importance for the Guarceños . The Chapel has the Museum of Religious Art , which lie quiteño images of art, antique lamps , paintings and items that formerly were donated for decoration .
